Conference Overview
The Canada Eurasia Russia Business Association (CERBA) is proud to announce the upcoming CERBA Annual International Construction Conference, taking place on the 27th of November, 2012.
The CERBA Annual International Construction Conference will raise discussion on important subjects and issues for construction companies which plan to expand their business to international markets and seek to further cooperation, exchange of experiences, and engage in networking with government representatives, various experts, and colleagues in the construction sector, related building works and infrastructure.
The program is dedicated to the expansion of opportunities in the construction sector Canadian, Russian, and Ukrainian markets. Discussions will include the following topics:
- Government changes in the Russian Federation and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and their implications for the construction sector
- Construction sector legislation, standards and codes
- Construction project financing
- Development of new construction practices, technologies and building materials for the Arctic and North
- Building projects and public infrastructure: experience and prospects for further co-operation

Participation
CERBA is expecting over 150 delegates from the Russian Federation, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and from across Canada.
Partnerships
The CERBA Annual International Construction Conference will take place in partnership with the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada, the Government of Ontario, the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, and the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada, Canadian Embassy in Moscow, the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Canada and the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in Canada.
